How long does a Market Field Study take?
Twelve to fourteen weeks from the point we agree on scope and the first working session has taken place. The timeline reflects the number of interviews required and the time needed to analyse and write with appropriate care. We do not compress the work to meet an artificial deadline.
What is included in the RM 3,120 for a Market Field Study?
The written study itself, a full interview log documenting who was spoken to and what was said, and three working sessions with your team — one at the start to align on scope, one at the midpoint to share early observations, and one on delivery to walk through the study together.
Can we start with a Field Note before committing to a fuller study?
Yes. A Field Note at RM 720 is designed precisely for that situation — a way to test a specific question and understand whether the fuller investment in a Market Field Study is warranted. Several of our longer engagements began with a Field Note.
Where do you conduct fieldwork?
Primarily in Sarawak and Sabah, where we are most familiar with the commercial and social terrain. We have also conducted work in Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley. For engagements in other parts of Malaysia, we can discuss scope and whether the geography is something we can serve well.
What happens to the findings after the engagement ends?
The written study and interview log belong to you. We retain our own working notes for internal reference but do not share, publish, or reference specific findings from your engagement with other clients or in any public context.
